The Self-Adhesive Cooling and Compression Tape is a great alternative to ice that is instant and ready to use. Best for strains, bruises, swelling and post-exercise the tape provides a compressed and cooling sensation. Use on wrists, elbows, ankles or knees. Simply wrap, tear, recover and repeat. The wrapped area will get colder after about 5-10 minutes and will remain cold for up to 1 hour. Do not refrigerate, just place remainder of tape back into the resealable pouch for best preservation. The IceeNOW Cooling and Compression Tape is for single use only.
